According to the International Cooperation and Engineering Services Export Department, in an official letter, Ms. Taliya Minullina, Secretary of the Federal Organizing Committee and representative of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, expressed sincere gratitude to Mr. Seyed Eskander Seydaei, President of the National Cartographic Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran, for his insightful speech at the "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2025".

Held under the decree of Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, this federal-level forum serves as a key platform for economic cooperation between Russia and the Islamic world. In 2025, the event achieved remarkable success, attracting 22,000 participants from 96 countries, hosting 200 specialized sessions, and resulting in 130 signed agreements.

Ms. Minullina described the collaboration with Iran’s National Cartographic Center as a "great honor" and extended an invitation for Mr. Seydaee’s continued participation in future editions of the forum. She also acknowledged Iran’s interest in strengthening ties with Tatarstan and expressed readiness to enhance bilateral cooperation.
